The Temple Terrace Story
The community is home to numerous young families, and includes many modern Israeli families. The nearest mikvah, is located 30 minutes to the south and is not suitable for new users. Young Israel is drawing a growing number of modern Israeli families, highlighting strong growth potential. The local Rabbi and Rebbetzin are very active in their kiruv efforts but need a dedicated local and modern facility to attract new users. Daily minyanim, local Jewish schools, indicate the growth as families move to the area, attracted by the more affordable living compared to Miami. With the addition of a mikvah, Taharah in the area is expected to rise significantly.
