The Scotch Plains Story
This Northern New Jersey community attracts many young Jewish professionals who desire a serene, modestly priced community that is an easy commute to and from Manhattan. The number of fully observant locals is limited, but many in the Jewish community are familiar with Judaism at various levels and registration in the local Hebrew Sunday school is constantly growing. The local Chabad is warm, upscale and inviting. The addition of the beautiful mikvah to the sparkling premises will bez”h significantly boost taharah observance and transform the long term spiritual landscape.
