The Ossining Story
Ossining is a culturally diverse, affordable place to live, rich in both history and natural beauty. Approximately 2,000 Jews live in the area, with the number constantly rising as young families move out to this suburban affordable area. Hundreds of Jews are already connected to Chabad but the distance to the closest Mikvah unfortunately keeps all but a small handful away from taharah. Mikvah USA is working closely with Rabbi and Rebbetzin Labkowski to complete a beautiful new Mikvah which will boost taharah observance in the area.
