The New Albany Story
New Albany is a beautiful Columbus suburb named as America’s best suburb by Business Insider. Its quality of life and state-of-the-art Chabad Center, which is renowned for its warmth, have spurred significant growth for the local Jewish community. It is a particularly popular choice for young Jewish professionals. Unfortunately, for all the warmth and vibrancy of New Albany Jewry, only a miniscule number of local Jews observed taharah when the community did not have its own mikvah. Now, there is an attractive new mikvah in the heart of town, on par with the community’s expectations. This edifice has the potential to be”H increase taharah observance manifold and further brighten the spiritual landscape of this up-and-coming community.
