The London Story
Just north of the border, near Lake Erie, lies the City of London, Ontario. Though it is one of Canada’s largest cities, London’s Jewish community is relatively small. Yet it remains very vibrant with new people moving in and many more being brought to observance. The existing mikvah was built in the 1970s and it is falling apart. The tiles are corroded and the humidity is not insulated well. A newly renovated Mikvah will go a long way to retain the current users as well as attract new ones.
