The Howard Beach Story
Situated only a five-minute drive from JFK Airport, Mikvah USA recognized the necessity for a mikvah in Howard Beach, making it accessible to the broader Jewish community, even during late-night hours for travelers. Additionally, the goal is to motivate local community members to participate in this mitzvah, as currently, only a small number of residents observe it. Establishing a modern mikvah within the community, combined with the outreach efforts of the Rabbi and Rebbetzin, will encourage more locals to start keeping Taharas Hamishpacha.
