The Heartland Village Story
This Staten Island neighborhood has seen a remarkable blossoming of religious Jewish life in recent years. Many previously unaffiliated Jewish families now feel like an integral part of the religious community, and newcomers to the neighborhood are proud to join. Observance is sharply on the rise but taharah remained a difficult hurdle when there was no genuinely “local” mikvah available for this very tight knit community. This community’s beautiful mikvah is now complete and the level of taharah is continuously being raised!
