The Haskell Story
This small blue-collar community in North Jersey is distinctly rural, more reminiscent of Kentucky than New Jersey. Considered a wasteland for Yiddishkeit not that long ago, a small but increasing number of Jews are affiliated with Chabad and interested in strengthening their connection to their heritage. New Jewish residents continuously move into town and Chabad events attract hundreds. Now with a beautiful new mikvah – one designed with the local community in mind – will be”H help the community continue growing and advancing.
