However, the condition of the existing aging mikvah, in the College Heights area, severely constrains the number of regular mikvah users and hampers otherwise successful kiruv efforts. The proposed major mikvah renovation will be”H be a most welcome boost to the Jewish community infrastructure, making Torah observance as welcoming and contemporary as San Diegans would expect.
