The Brooklyn Heights Story
Downtown Brooklyn has over three thousand Jewish families in the immediate vicinity, and many more that work in the neighborhood, including at the courthouses nearby. The local Chabad serves as shul, pre-school, and mikvah, and has three hundred families affiliated with it. Since it is centrally located, it serves Jews from Manhattan as well as surrounding neighborhoods. The mikvah had been showing its age and desperately needed updating. With the help of Mikvah USA the mikvah was completely upgraded and renovated and will Bez”h attract more Jewish families to keep Taharas Hamishpacha.
